2026, relationship and prep

Goal: See each other, document the relationship, start getting ready.

You: Visit each other. Keep photos, tickets, chats. Meet families if you can. It helps later with SIRI and proof.

Her: Finish nursing (June 2026). Philippine nursing board exam. Start Danish, Duolingo is fine. Language counts for the Danish Patient Safety Authority later.

Money: Roughly DKK 20k to 40k, mostly flights and visits.

2027, careers

Goal: You stable at work. Her getting ready for Denmark.

You: Finish IT technician (summer 2027). Land full time IT. Save properly. Housing as stable as you can.

Her: Serious Danish. Nurse authorization prep. Translate diploma and transcript. CV. She can start authorization with the Danish Patient Safety Authority.

Money: About DKK 60k to 100k for later immigration costs.

2028, big move prep

Path A, nurse: Authorization, more Danish, maybe adaptation course, job search, work permit through SIRI, then move.

Path B, family reunification: Both 24+. You need housing, stable income, financial guarantee. Also through SIRI.

2029, together in Denmark

Permit in hand, she moves, work or finish authorization, normal life in one place.

Now: Try to visit at least twice before 2028. She should grind Danish from today. Aim for DKK 80k+ saved by 2028 if you can. IT plus nurse is a solid combo for the work permit route.
